AWM provides courtroom and deposition testimony in state and federal cases. Further, AWM conducts forensic investigations in many more situations at the request of attorneys and other clients.
Typical cases in which AWM provides testimony involve standards of care, and movement of hazardous releases in the environment.
Our principal forensics expert, Dr. Richard A. Ellis is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Engineering and Technology.
